Dear Fellow Residents,

The Board would like to take this opportunity to welcome Kuester Management Company to our neighborhood. They will be under contract to provide our management services for the next year beginning February 1, 2015.

You may be wondering why the switch. Due to limited homeowner participation and lack of volunteers, we are simply unable to manage our HOA with the few volunteers we have and with all that the Community requires. As you may know, it takes a great deal of time and effort to operate our 273 property association.

After the suggestion at our last member’s meeting, we did extensive research and feel we have selected the best company that will meet our community's needs at the best value. You should be receiving a letter of introduction from Kuester in the next 30 days. As a result, we are delaying the mailing of dues letters as that is a duty of the management company. Due to the delay, we will extend the due date to allow all homeowners the time necessary to remit the annual dues.

As you will see in the neighborhood postings and on our website, we have increased the dues by $10 or 10%, to build our reserves back after extensive (and expensive) pond work necessary to ensure compliance with city/country requirements. This was voted on unanimously at our October board meeting.

We look forward to working with Kuester and are confident that we will see our neighborhood return to the standards set forth in our bi-laws and restrictions.

Lawn Care & Maintenance

PLEASE NOTE: All Meadowbrook residents are REQUIRED to do the following according to the agreement in our Bylaws & Covenants. Please remember to include the following in your yard maintenance plan:

  • Mow Grass Frequently;
  • Edge all driveways, walkways, sidewalks, etc.
  • Maintain the grass between the sidewalk & street;
  • No parking in the grass;
  • Items that should not be seen from the street view:
    • Trash cans - (except on trash pickup day);
    • Boats & trailers;
